Can I try Modular DS for free?

Yes. You can start with a 14-day free trial and use all the features available in our paid plans. No credit card required.

During your trial, you can upgrade whenever you’re ready. If you decide not to move to a paid plan, your account will remain active after the trial ends, but most features will no longer be available.

How many websites can I manage with my plan?

It depends on the subscription plan you choose or currently have. The Freelance plan allows you to connect up to 10 websites, the Starter subscription supports up to 35, Business includes 75, and Enterprise goes up to 125 websites.

All our plans include flexible limits (overage). This means you can exceed your plan’s base limits and add extra websites, users, or storage without changing to a higher tier, paying monthly for the additional usage.

Is Modular DS safe?

Yes, security is a core priority at Modular DS. Our platform uses the OAuth2 protocol to securely authenticate the connection between your website and our servers. This protocol generates tokens that expire and can be revoked at any time for added control and safety.

Your WordPress login credentials are never stored, ensuring that your data remains private and under your control.

Does Modular DS comply with the GDPR?

Yes, Modular DS complies with European data protection regulations. All our servers and databases are hosted within the European Union, and we do not —and will never— sell your data to third parties.

Do you offer migration support?

Yes, our team is always available if you need help with migration. We can also set up features like backups and uptime monitoring for you at no extra cost, so everything is ready and running smoothly from day one.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You’ll still have access to all your plan’s features until the end of your billing period. After that, your subscription will not be renewed.

When will I be charged after subscribing to a plan?

You will be charged monthly or annually starting on the day your subscription begins. The selected billing cycle determines renewal timing.

Additional usage beyond your plan’s base limits (such as extra websites, users, or storage) is billed at the end of each month based on actual usage, together with your monthly subscription or separately if you’re on an annual plan.

What if the plan I chose isn't right for me?

You can switch to another plan or billing cycle at any time, and you’ll only be charged the difference if the new plan has a higher price.

If you’re not happy with your plan for any other reason, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of it.
